SharePoint 2010 Infopath Print Button

I received a request to put a print button within a List Item display view so that one could easily print the current item they’re viewing.  After searching for a way to put a print button within the Infopath form itself (and coming up empty), I figured out how to simply add it to the page that displays the form.

SharePoint Presentation

After looking at a few open source CMS’s, it’ll be interesting to show off one that’s designed for more corporate environments.  My topic during the presentation is to introduce SharePoint and talk about how it can be used.

Apart from the presentation, I have several SharePoint projects I’m working on for my employer.  Here are some of my larger projects.

  • Document viewer with user feedback
  • Flash Banner setup
  • Document using stsadm to copy sites to other locations

SharePoint 2010 Dynamic PDF viewer

Normally, it’s not that hard to insert a pdf file onto a SharePoint page (pageviewer webpart) but if you had more than one pdf to view, it would me just as many pages to display them.  To counter this, I used a query string and a little javascript to dynamically embed the pdf in the page.
